Various visitors go to the local zoo checking out the animals and birds in their cages but Elmer Fudd is at the lion cage teasing the lion.
The narrator tells Elmer to stop, but to no avail, and the irritated lion finally takes matters in his own paws. Elmer decides he had better behave himself.
