Popeye is falling asleep as Pipeye, Peepeye, Poopeye and Pupeye practice their music. He makes them go to bed, and then gets ready to sleep.
The boys, meanwhile, are still awake and begin to make music with the various objects in their room. This wakes Popeye, but he is unable to catch them playing. They keep driving him crazy even after he tries to end the cartoon himself.
